The Dallas Cowboys host the Green Bay Packers in the final divisional round game of the weekend. According to OddsShark, the Cowboys are favored by 4.5 points in the matchup.
The over-under is set at 51.5 points. The Packers have gone 9-7-1 against the spread this season while the Cowboys have gone 10-5-1.
Games have tended to hit the over for Green Bay this season. The over has hit in 11 of 17 games for the Packers. Dallas games have trended in the opposite direction. The under has hit in 10 out of 16 games for the Cowboys.
The OddsShark computer likes the Cowboys to win big. The computer projects a 28.7-17.9 Dallas victory. The computer is taking the Cowboys to cover the spread and the under on the point total.
Dallas has been 5-2-1 against the spread at home while Green Bay is just 3-5 against the spread in away games. Green Bay is as hot as any team in the league and brings a seven game win streak into AT&T Stadium. Dallas is 8-2 in their last ten games.
The Cowboys have not lost at home since Week 1 back in September 2016. While the Packers are riding a hot streak, look for the Cowboys to exploit the defense that has proven to have holes at times this season.
The Cowboys defensive line may be one of the more underrated units in the league and have the potential to get to Aaron Rodgers. Heavy likes the Cowboys to advance in a hard fought contest.
