Land Use Charge: NBA Ikeja Branch Submits Memorandum To HOA..

The Ikeja Branch of the NBA has finally taken the fight
for the review of the Lagos State Land Use Charge to the state
House Of Assembly.

This is evident in the memorandum submitted by the Ikeja branch
of the NBA for a repeal of the said Law.

TheNigerialawyer recalls that the branch had earlier protested
the increase of tax attracted by the Law, claiming that it wasn’t
for the interest of the good people of Lagos State.

This led to the intervention of the Nigerian Police Force,
claiming that the timing of the planned protest during the visit of
President Buhari amounted to a breach of peace.

The memorandum submitted to the Lagos State Law makers will
surely address the issue and bring a lasting solution to it.
