The Corporate Affairs Commission, (CAC), has said it has
extended its working hours to 7pm from Monday to Friday in Lagos
and six other zonal offices to ease business registration.
The commission also said it had deepened its online registration
portal to cover all its 36 state offices to fast track registration
process in line with the Federal Government’s ease of doing
business policy.
Lady Azuka Azinge, Acting Registrar General of CAC, disclosed
this in an exclusive interview to our correspondent in Lagos.
Azinge said the online registration system introduced by the
commission would be extended to post registration services as soon
as possible.
“Once that feat is attained, all of the commission’s services
will be available electronically. The target is to make things
easier and convenient such that anything to do with your business
in the commission can be started and concluded with ease and
speed,” she said.
