celebrity endorsement agreement with a lawyer turned actor; AMB.

The agreement was signed on Wednesday 2nd August, 2017 at the
Abuja office of LearnNigerianLaws.com. The event had in attendance
AMB. Prince Tim Ebuka, Onyekachi Umah (Founder of
LearnNigerianLaws.com), Ikechukwu Uwanna, Esq (Principal Partner,
Tsedaqa Attorneys), Edmund Osunde,Esq (Brand Manager,
LearnNigerianLaws.com) and others.
It is believed that the deal will promote the brand and increase
legal awareness among operators and investors in entertainment and
music industry as well as their fans especially on copyright,
trademark, technology transfer, patent, celebrity endorsements,
adverts and anti-competition issues, royalty management and
industry contracts.

all persons have reasonable knowledge of relevant laws. To achieve
