A commercial law firm, Banwo & Ighodalo, has admitted Mrs.
Seyi Bella as its partner.
The firm said in a statement that her entry would strengthen its
service and it brings the number of partners to 12.
Bella has previously served the firm as a law student in 2004.
She formally joined the company as a junior associate in 2006.
Bella has extensive experience in project finance, corporate
finance as well as merger and acquisition.
She obtained bachelor degree in Law (LLB) from the University of
Lagos (2005) and a master degree in Law (LLM) from the Harvard Law
School (2008).
