“Tobacco Container Must Possess Health Warnings”.

For any tobacco to be lawfully sold in Nigeria, it’s
package/container must have on it, a rotating warnings that
“Federal Ministry of Health warns that tobacco smoking is dangerous
to health” and “Smokers are liable to die young”.

My authorities are sections 3(1)(a) and 7 of the Tobacco Smoking
(Control) Act.
